Scott finally got his Wrangler. He's been wanting one for a while. So we sold our oldest car and not too long after found this beauty, I mean machine. Here's him posing with his new baby. I thought it was just going to be a mode of transportation, but it's becoming quite obvious that this car is to him like a house is to me. It's something to be accessorized. I've heard dreams of everything from running boards and seat covers to a gun turret?! Yeah, they don't really make those - thankfully. Because I think he'd really want one if they did.
Here's another pose - it's a 'look at how sexy this Jeep makes me' pose. I'll admit - a guy in a Jeep does seem a few percentage points more manly to me. (Sorry the pictures are a little washed out. It was pretty bright and I had the sun behind me - not the greatest lighting. I fixed them a little in Lightroom, but there's only so much you can do without things looking pretty grainy and pixelated.)
And then, some more doggy pictures. :) They were posing for me the other week after I gave them baths. It had been quite a while since they had a bath or a trim, so I did both. Not that I have any clue what I'm doing when I'm trimming them up, but they did feel much softer and smelled better too! I think they like being clean. They bounce around and play and wa
g their tails like crazy after a bath. It's so cute. Plus they're free of their collars for a bit so I think that probably feels nice too. Eventually we'll get them to the groomer, but for the winter I think they appreciate as much fur as they can get - and I'm cheap. So today we took them to the dog park because it was SUCH a BEAUTIFUL, WARM, DELICIOUSLY SPRING-LIKE day. AHHH! Bring on Spring! Right, anyway, the dog park was pretty muddy so they needed baths when we got home. I don't think Tob
ey appreciated me leaving him soaking wet in the tub while I took a picture of him. Nope, he wasn't amused one bit. But he was a pretty good sport. He just told me to hurry it up by jumping out of the tub soon after I took this picture. Now they're really tired out from all that playing and they are soft and yummy smelling and cuddly. Yaay! The End.PS - I bought some fabric to make my first apron. We'll see how it goes and I'll share it with you if it's not too embarrassing. I might give you a sneak peak of the fabric if you're nice.

That picture of Toby looks like something out of a magazine or calendar. Great job! Well worth the wait, Toby!
