Isn't it amazing what a big difference a little cleaning can make? Keep in mind that we only moved into this apartment just a couple months ago. :) I don't think that cleaning the exterior window panes is something on the cleaning list for when people move out of this apartment complex. It's a little more impressive in person, but this gives the general idea.
