So if anyone is still checking out my blog - here I am. Xavier's grown and changed a lot since I last posted. I hope I've been able to keep in touch with most of you in other ways so you're all up-to-date anyway.
It's fall again. A beautiful time of the year. Unfortunately the colors aren't as magnificent as in some years because of the lack of rain this summer. There aren't the amazing contrasts of bright green grass against the orange, red and yellow leaves. But it's still beautiful. Even though it means that winter is soon upon us. I dislike winter for the most part, but I do enjoy experiencing the changing of the seasons and the beauty that each one brings.
We visited Musgrave Orchard last weekend with Scott's parents and enjoyed some nice appley treats (cider and caramel apples) yum. They also had a pretty display of pumpkins for sale. I think we might still try to visit an actual pumpkin patch and see if we can get in a hayride or something, we'll see. Of course it doesn't matter much this year, Xavier's not old enough to remember the full experience, but I like capturing a few photos of him experiencing each season as he grows.
