t happens. I'd also like to paint the half bath at some point. But for now we're just about done.We planted a Japanese Maple tree on Saturday in honor of our 6th wedding anniversary. And because we wanted to plant a tree in our back yard. :) Our anniversary was a nice excuse and made it more momentous and special. It's a pretty little tree. It won't grow to be super huge, but I think it will be nice. We have some rock 'features' in our back yard that we plan to develop over time. Since we live next to an old quarry there is a lot of limestone everywhere so when they landscaped our back yard, they weren't able to
quite cover up all the large slabs of rock without bringing in extra fill dirt. So we have some nice bits of limestone sticking out at the end of our yard. I kind of like it though. It's pretty and I think we can make it even prettier by highlighting it with trees and other plants. So our new I found a new quilt shop in town the other day and bought some fabric to make a patchwork shower curtain with. We'll see how it turns out. In the meantime I ended up hanging up the striped fabric in the window in the office since I like it so much and don't have a curtain in there yet. I'm tempted to keep it in there and make a real curtain for the window in there but then that means I have to get more striped fabric for the shower curtain. Such a dilemma. My bathroom colors are blue and yellow and the fabric is blue and a light green (with brown and off-wh
