Well today is just an exciting day I guess - two posts in the same day? Unheard of.We signed papers to reserve a site for our new house - contingent upon our place here selling within 3 or 4 months. Then we have to wait another 6-8 months for our house to be built, so we've got about a year to go, but it's a start. We're in no big hurry to have a new larger mortgage until then anyway, so it will work out just perfectly if all goes well.
Above, Scott is pointing to where our house will be and here I'm adding the push pin to show our lot is reserved. I feel so special.Come see us in a year - we'll be at lot 372.
The white space on the map behind us is an inactive quarry. There are some nice evergreen trees and leftover limestone slabs back in there. It's pretty. We'll keep you updated - stay tuned.
